I ordered 3 watches on the same day, this was my 3rd purchase that day. First watch the company sent me photos of the watch, boxed it and shipped it same day, got it the next day. Second watch they did a video call and showed me the watch, boxed and shipped same day. This company communicated the minimum amount to be good. The watch was delayed for a week and then delayed again when they went from FedEx to UPS although it came in a DHL box. The watch strap was not what was pictured. I didn't mind because I ordered a custom strap anyway. All in all they did a good job but nothing like the other two.

The watch exactly meet expectations as advertised, I am very happy with it. Experienced a bit late shipping, anyway, overall is good.

This was my first purchase with Chrono24 so I was kind of skeptical. My previous experiences with other online watch sites were terrible, especially when it came to keeping shipment dates. The shipments were never on time. However, the watch I was looking for was hard to find at a good price and Prestige Watch’s dealer reputation on Chrono24 was too good to resist. This was a surprise gift for my fiancé who lives out of State and I had to receive it before my flight out. I had like one week. I contacted the dealer through my Chrono24 app (which is a great function btw) .. They responded within 2 hours and assured me I would receive it on time. The watch came in one day prior of my flight out. Whenever I bothered them with questions, their response time was pretty fast. They assured me throughout my nerve-wrecking wait. Asked to send to fedex ship center and they acknowledged but instead shipped it to my house. Luckily I was home when it was delivered which is very rare due to travel. It worked out but was shear luck I was home.
