Good seller. Actually had item in stock. Had small issue with shipping (FedEx issue, not seller), but seller was quick to provide multiple resolution options to correct the problem. I feel that their action speaks volumes to their integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. I would definitely do business with them again!

One of the 3 ratings had to lose a star because the picture of the caseback showed : "The First and Only Watch.... " while the Speedmaster watch I received did not have the words "and Only" on it's caseback. My experience was otherwise 5 stars. Vendor supplied the watch in an unexpected beautiful wooden Omega box and kindly offered to cover most of the cost of an extra bracelet link if I needed one. I recommend Prestige Watch!

Overall, my experience with Prestige Watch was a positive one and I would definitely recommend them as a dealer. The watch was exactly as described and was shipped in a timely manner. The only negative was there was no communication. But, considering that everything else was spot on, the lack of communication was not enough to spoil the transaction. Thanks for a great watch.

Watch was in stock and ready to ship, but takes about a week to process. The estimated delivery based on order time was spot on. And then FedEx 2 day priority. Seller was quick to respond, sometimes even unexpectedly in the middle of the night! Watch was legitimate, warranty card filled out, box stickers and papers, everything was perfect. Would buy again from Prestige Watch.
