We had a small mixup in shipping and it was rectified as quickly as humanly possible. Michael responded to any questions in under an hour and made the process as clean and simple as possible.

Shipping took so much longer than expected. We were not happy with the length of time it was pushed back so far. Although we got a small credit for the delay, it was very frustrating to wait so long.

The item purchased was just as described. Seller was quick to respond to any questions. I will definitely buy from this dealer again for my next purchase.

The watch was exactly as described, new in the box, and overall I am happy. I will say I reached out to this dealer before I purchased and asked if they had in stock and would ship immediately. I was replied to that it was in stock and would arrive in 4-7 business days. After not arriving on the 7th business day I reached out asking for shipping status and was told it would arrive the next week. Towards the end of that next week I reached out again and was told it would ship overnight Thursday for Friday delivery. All in all it took 13 business days for the watch to arrive that was "in stock". Not sure why it took so long but be aware if you purchase from this dealer the shipping times may not be accurate.

The most important part is that Prestige was able to source a NIB, Manufacturer Warranted, Limited Edition that was previously only available through Omega Boutiques over two years ago.
