Unfortunately, the packaging of the watch was damaged in shipping—the inner Longines box and the wooden presentation box were damaged, which was unacceptable to me; the watch itself was undamaged but the boxes are an important part of the presentation that I value—and Michael was very prompt and straightforward in handling the issue and providing a return as well as full reimbursement for the purchase and fees. I have no hesitation purchasing from Prestige Watch on the basis of their excellent service and handling of this problem. The problem itself ... Problems happen, this was unfortunate and dissappointing, but the value of a good dealer is how well they manage when things happen like that. For that, I give them top rating!
