Great watch, brand new as described with protective stickers/plastic and tags, warranty activated on the day of purchase. Previous reviews were correct in stating that the watch arrives towards the end of the delivery window but did arrive without incident. Would buy again from this dealer

Solid dealer, the watch was exactly as described/expected. Took a couple of days longer than expected to ship but it was shipped with overnight service so it came quickly in the end.

Great overall experience. Only 3 stars on description due to the production year was wrong as it was not 2024 but 2023. I would buy another watch from them.

Recent Transaction went well overall. There was an issue with Shipping that was unfortunate. However, once escalated the Staff and Owner got involved and Communicated swiftly to make things right and get the Timepiece delivered. Photos were accurate and details for Activating Brand Extended Warranty went flawlessly. Ultimately, I provided 14 Stars out of a possible 15 reflecting the Shipping Issue and would recommend Prestige Watch as well as Chrono24.
