Great dealer, watch arrived as described.

Watch was represented as 2022, but warranty card indicated 2019. Five year warranty (as stated in description) is questionable. Manufacturer stated it does not extend warranty unless purchased from the authorized retailer. Otherwise pretty good purchase experience.

Ordered watch on June 27 with a delivery window of July 3-6. Heard nothing until Chrono24 emailed on July 2 saying the watch hadn’t shipped. Emailed the dealer that day and then messaged via Chrono24 app on July 3. Dealer responded and said item was going out July 5. Received the watch July 7 (a day late). The watch was EXACTLY as described and that’s what matters, but I’m wondering why it took a week (and some prodding) from payment to shipping. Even with the holiday in there, I don’t understand what took so long. I would order a watch from this seller again, although I suggest anyone ordering be more on top of communicating with them.
