Great communication, fast responses to any questions I had. Only complaint, paid for the watch on a Tuesday and didn’t ship until the following Wednesday. Estimated delivery time (s&h) was supposed to be within 6 days. Watch as described and great price. Packaging was secure with protection and well taped. Would buy from this seller again.

Excellent transaction. I have bought few watches from Chrono24. This by far was the best. I would highly recommend the dealer.

Michael, as Prestige Watch acted in a superbly professional matter. The promptness of his responses to my inquiries was excellent - with questions answered EVEN after hours. The watch was delivered precisely as described - except for maybe the extra-ordinary care given to packaging to ensure there was no damage or issues. Coming from a high-pressure service industry, I've been known to expect exceedingly high levels of service - particularly when dealing with luxury items (the higher the $ the higher the expectations for service). Michael did not disappoint. I would definitely do business with him and his organization again.

Great communication and an even better product!

Unexplained shopping delay and very poor communication from seller. He provided no explanation as to why there was a delay and did not notify me ahead of time.

A little delay in shipping, but overall good quality products and competitive price.

Would do deals with this shop again.

After a slight delay due to the holidays, Michael delivered the HUGE package from the AD in sealed perfection overnight from New York. You can't ask for more than that. Prestige Watch is a top tier, first-rate seller and I will be back for more! Very trustworthy, reliable, proper and correct. No concerns about authentic pieces as described at great prices.

Exactly as shown. Perfect transaction, extremely pleased with the watch. Great level of communication every step of the way.

great experience! would definitely use this dealer again

received the wrong band but i learned it came from the factory like that the dealer sent me the new band right away

packaging was great/delivery service dropped the ball and the company had to track down the issue and solve it, which they did immediately. Prestige Watch was excellent to work with - highly recommended.

Great seller A+++
