Everything was as expected. Watch is new and lovely! Only thing to be aware of is you don’t get a tracking number. That’s the first time I’ve experienced that. Wasn’t a problem in the end and watch was delivered in the window that was promised. Would definitely buy another watch here.

I bought a Seamaster 300M, and I would do business with this dealer again. The watch, box, papers, etc. met all of my expectations. Delivery took almost 2 weeks from the purchase date even though the listing stated the item was in stock. Otherwise, a great buy.

Just like many of the previous reviews, everything was great but the shipping. Item was correct, came as described, and the dealer communication was good considering we are in opposite coasts. Dealer doesnt give you the tracking number. Simply tells you when delivery will be made. I would have appreciated a tracking number.

Great customer service and interaction.

The dealer was very nice to me on buying my first watch on the site. We had a little trouble with DHL but the dealer was always on top of it to help me out in getting the watch on time. I highly recommend buying from them.

Overall, quick and seamless experience. Would definitely use again!

Very honest and professional dealer. The packaging was professionally done and the shipping was made easy and expeditious. Communication was prompt and very clear. Highly recommend and will buy again.

My second purchase with Mike... The process was top notch.. from the easy negotiation of price, which had included all taxes and duties, to delivery.. Michael provided the full concierge for this purchase... all I had to do was sign for the package - I had no additional payment upon delivery, which was faster than I had anticipated. Mike had ensured the package cleared custom, without my involvement.

Item as described!!

Excellent dealer. Great communication. Everything was as described, well packaged and delivered overnight. Buy with confidence!

Very responsive and good seller. 5 stars on everything except 4 stars on Shipping. Only thing to be aware of is that they would not provide me a Tracking number citing something about their insurance or concern of Buyer giving a different address. I just wish they would explain right at checkout that they don’t provide Tracking numbers and why, because it’s outside the norm for a large online transaction to not have a Tracking number and made me nervous. Overall very good transaction though and seller was great.
