Your private client space.

These policies apply to use of prestigewatch.com and direct transactions with Prestige Watch. Prestige Watch is the business name used for this service. Contact us at support@prestigewatch.com for support or business correspondence. We provide the appropriate return destination with individual return instructions. The policy version disclosed when you purchase governs that transaction; later changes do not retroactively remove agreed rights.

The Returns & Refunds, Shipping & Collection, and Warranty & Testing policies form part of these terms. An individual written offer may specify additional terms before payment, but cannot remove mandatory rights. Read the Privacy Policy for information handling.

You must have legal capacity to enter the transaction, provide accurate information and use only accounts and payment methods you are authorized to use. Keep your credentials secure and report suspected unauthorized account activity promptly.

Your client account brings together enquiries, private offers, messages, orders and payment links. An accepted offer or message may require a separate checkout action. Check the status and amount before paying; account displays do not override reconciled payment records or mandatory rights.

Do not misuse the website, submit fraudulent information, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with services or send abusive or unlawful material. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect customers or the service, while preserving access to order support and rights relating to existing transactions.

Website designs, original photography and written material belong to their respective rights holders. You may view, save and print information for your personal purchase and records. Brand names identify the watches offered and do not by themselves imply manufacturer affiliation or authorized-dealer status.

Market charts, comparisons and estimates are informational. Asking prices are not necessarily completed sale prices; removal of a listing does not prove a sale. Values can change and are not promises of resale proceeds, appreciation or investment performance.

Contact us first about a concern so we can investigate. Nothing here requires you to abandon a lawful complaint, payment dispute or court remedy. These terms do not exclude fraud, liabilities that cannot legally be excluded, or mandatory consumer protections. If a term cannot lawfully be enforced, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted.

05 / Orders & payments

One watch.
Clear commitments.

Before payment, the listing or written offer should identify the watch, agreed price and currency, supplied accessories, condition, warranty position, applicable return terms, shipping arrangement and any additional charges. Contact us about any inconsistency before committing. A payment receipt alone does not override an expressly stated availability check or a different written offer.

We will confirm acceptance and the fulfillment arrangement. If we cannot supply an accepted order, or cannot resolve an error with your agreement, we will notify you and refund amounts owed. We do not substitute another watch or increase the agreed price without your agreement.

Deposits and balance payments

A private offer may provide for payment in full or an agreed deposit followed by the remaining balance. The total watch price, deposit amount, balance and due date are set out in the offer. The deposit forms part of the agreed total; it is not an additional charge.

The customer account may show separate linked deposit and balance payment orders under the same watch. Normally the deposit checkout is paid first, and the balance checkout becomes payable after the deposit is recorded as paid. Outstanding amounts must reflect payments already received. If you prefer to pay in full before paying the deposit, request an updated payment arrangement to avoid paying duplicate checkouts.

We do not treat a stored card or a reminder as authorization to charge a balance automatically. Pay the requested balance through the approved checkout or agreed bank transfer. A wire payment is confirmed after receipt and reconciliation; sending a transfer receipt alone is not confirmation of cleared funds.

A deposit is not automatically non-refundable. Any lawful special cancellation or sourcing charge must be disclosed and agreed before payment. If a balance becomes overdue, we will contact you about next steps; expiry does not automatically entitle us to retain all money received.

Payment security and cancellations

Use only payment instructions supplied through our official checkout or verified communication. Independently confirm unexpected changes to bank details through a known contact channel. Never send a full card number, security code or password by chat or email.

Available payment methods, financing offers and any wire discount are those shown for your transaction. Financing is subject to the provider’s separate approval and terms. A saved payment method is managed through the payment provider and your account settings.

Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel before dispatch. We will confirm whether shipment or an agreed custom service has begun and explain any applicable terms. The 3% fee in the voluntary returns policy is not a blanket fee for undelivered or seller-cancelled orders. Refunds required because we cannot fulfill an order follow applicable law.

06 / Sourcing, selling & trading

A personal service.
Written terms.

A sourcing request is an enquiry, not a commitment to buy. We will present the available watch, price, condition, timing, payment schedule and any separate service charge before asking you to proceed. A sourcing deposit or bespoke commission requires clear written terms accepted in advance. We will not describe a standard sourced watch as automatically exempt from mandatory cancellation rights.

Initial sell or trade estimates depend on the information and photographs provided. A final offer is subject to inspection, identity and ownership checks, authenticity, condition and the agreed supplied set. You must have lawful authority to sell the watch and disclose known repairs, modifications, encumbrances and relevant condition issues.

Before sending us a watch, obtain written shipping instructions and confirmation of insurance, who pays transport and what happens if the final offer is declined. We will not treat an indicative quote as your acceptance of a revised final offer. Trade credits, any cash difference, title transfer and settlement timing must be agreed in writing.

If you buy a watch using a trade-in, the agreement should explain how a later lawful return is settled, particularly if your original watch may already have been resold. We will not assume that the original trade-in can always be returned.

09 / Reviews & feedback

Your experience matters.

We welcome honest feedback, whether positive or negative. A review invitation is not a request for a particular rating. Any incentive must be disclosed clearly and must not depend on a positive review.

A verified-purchase label must reflect an actual verified purchase associated with the review. An imported or archived marketplace review must remain distinguishable from a review collected directly through our checkout. An archive reference is a record identifier, not an invented Prestige Watch transaction number.

We may moderate spam, impersonation, unlawful content, irrelevant material or private information. We do not remove a genuine review solely because it is critical. We may publish a business response without disclosing private order, payment or contact information. By submitting a review, you allow us to display that review and the display name you provide in connection with our review service; private account messages do not become public reviews automatically.

Public ratings and any search-engine markup must accurately describe the reviews represented. We do not guarantee that search engines will display rating badges.
