Coverage, made clear.

Manufacturer warranty coverage is provided for brand-new watches where applicable and valid, and for other watches where remaining coverage is specifically stated in the listing. The listing or written order confirmation identifies the coverage communicated for that watch. Brand-new status alone is not a promise that every manufacturer’s warranty is available, transferable or valid in every country.

Any stated manufacturer warranty is governed by that manufacturer’s terms, commencement date, documentation and eligibility requirements. We do not promise a new full warranty period unless expressly stated. If a watch has no stated commercial warranty, no additional Prestige Watch commercial warranty is implied by these policies. Mandatory legal warranties and consumer rights remain unaffected.

Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue before arranging service. We can help identify the appropriate warranty route. Unapproved opening, alteration or servicing may affect manufacturer coverage under its terms; it does not automatically extinguish unrelated legal rights.

Follow the manufacturer’s care and service guidance. Protect the watch from impact, inappropriate water exposure, strong magnetic fields and use inconsistent with its condition. Routine wear and servicing are distinct from a defect claim.

03 / Condition & testing

Documented before
it becomes yours.

Every watch dispatched by Prestige Watch will have an internal inspection and testing record linked to that watch.

The record documents the checks actually performed, the date, identifying details and any observed limitations. As appropriate to the watch and its condition, this may include external condition photographs, movement or timekeeping observations, functional checks, accessories and seal details. A pressure-resistance, power-reserve or other specialist test is recorded only if it was actually performed; we do not represent an unperformed test as a pass.

We use these records to support accurate descriptions, final dispatch checks and return inspections. Ask us for relevant condition or testing information before purchase or when reporting an issue. Internal records may contain security or third-party information that needs to be withheld or redacted.

Testing reflects conditions at the time of inspection. It does not promise perpetual accuracy, immunity from transit damage, a particular service history or water resistance beyond what is expressly documented. Do not expose a watch to water based solely on a model’s original factory specification.

Pre-owned watches may show the wear identified in their listing and condition report. Box, papers, accessories, replacement parts and known alterations are described individually. Catalogue images or reference specifications must not override the actual watch’s agreed written description.
